Lastly, your hygienist will polish your teeth to make them appear brighter and smoother. You will be provided with the tools to keep this hygiene up on a daily basis.
It is important for you to take care of your teeth and gums in between dental visits! Be sure to brush your teeth at least three times a day, and floss at least once.
