Our office  recognizes that finances are sometimes a barrier to a healthy mouth. If you have concerns about payments, please call our staff personally. Our goal is to help each patient recognize the smile of their dreams. We can work through inurance and financial sitiations.

Costs

The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the individual case. All possible fees and payment options will be discussed during your first visit and before any treatments are received. If you have any questions about the cost of your treatment please feel free to ask your doctor or the staff at any time.

Our practice offers several payments plans that have been designed to be convenient and affordable for all of our patients. Our practice accepts most insurance plans, and we are happy to take care of all the necessary insurance paperwork for you.

Fees

Our practice has established the following financial policy in an effort to keep your fees low, while still maintaining the highest level of professional care:

• If a full payment is made at the beginning of the treatment, we will offer a fee discount since no additional bookkeeping will be required. If you have insurance coverage, we will offer a discount for your portion of the payment that is not covered by your provider.
• We offer flexible financial payment options designed to fit your individual needs over a period of time.
• For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Insurance

If you have insurance coverage for your dental treatments, we can help you determine which portion of your insurance will cover your treatment. We will help in every way that we can to file your claim, and work with your insurance provider from our office on your behalf.

Dr. Lester Low’s patients receive the same personalized care in our finance office as they do during dental appointments. We will gladly submit claims to any dental insurance company. We will also help you receive the maximum benefit from your plan, but please understand that all estimates are subject to approval by your insurance carrier. Our promise to you is to provide exceptional dental care; we will not allow an insurance company to dictate our treatment plans. Dental insurance is a supplemental plan, so it will not cover all costs associated with your dental care.
